Gene Noble marks the beginning of “what’s new” at Hidden Beach. The artist is our first new signing after a years long hiatus of new artist signings. Though new to our roster, Gene is perfectly aligned with everything our brand has always stood for: Quality Soul. 

 

Noble may be the most experienced “new artist” on the scene today. After years of singing background vocals on stadium tours with iconic artists like John Legend, Chris Brown, Sting and many others, Gene is embarking upon a personal dream quest. He is taking centerstage as a solo act! Toting a brand-new recording deal, a tenacious swag and a voice like liquid gold, Gene has launched a journey to take the spotlight as the main attraction.

This New York bred crooner spent his college years killing the stage at a popular, NYC, Sunday night showcase, called Ron Grant & Friends. On talent nights, young Noble would find himself in the august company of vocalists like Mariah Carey, Erykah Badu, Mary Mary and so many other greats. It was highly competitive. Very tough. And after 6 months of just hanging out, studying, watching incredible performance after incredible performance, Gene put his name on the list and took the stage. Before long, he was approached by one of Lauryn Hill’s background singers and asked to audition, and the rest was history! That one moment led to gigs with Lauryn Hill, Fort Minor, Alicia Keys, Linkin Park, Jay Z, Diddy, CeeLo Green, Faith Evans, Monica, 50 Cent, The Roots, Trey Songz, Usher, Shaggy, 21 Savage, and years touring with global icon, Sting.
