As we honor Black Music Month and keep the momentum going for Hidden Beach Recordings’ 25th Anniversary, we’re proud to announce the release of “SAVIOR”, the bold new single from our very own Frayne Vibez, a Hidden Beach Recordings/Universal Music Group artist who’s quickly becoming one of Chicago’s most exciting new voices.
After a period of creative buildup, Frayne returns with his second official single, “SAVIOR” — an infectious, genre-blurring anthem that showcases his versatility, emotional honesty, and undeniable charisma. Produced by 14-time Grammy-nominated producer KOSINE, the track is now streaming on all platforms, with the official music video also available on YouTube.
Frayne recently gave fans a taste of the single in powerful live performances — first on WGN News in Chicago, and again in Los Angeles on June 5th. The song, described by Frayne as “the moment when you build up the courage to go walk up to someone you’re really into and let them know,” channels that surge of confidence, desire, and vulnerability that comes with first attraction. It’s a relatable moment wrapped in bright production and memorable hooks.
In the unforgettable chorus, Frayne sings:
“I’m not trying to be her savior, but I am the one she’s been waiting for.” The track speaks to the idea of chasing love in all the wrong places, only to realize the right person has been right in front of you all along.
With his signature blend of influences—from Sade, Earth, Wind & Fire, and Jay-Z, to artists like Joji and Clairo—Frayne brings to life a sound he calls urban alternative pop. He continues to blur genre lines while remaining grounded in storytelling and authentic emotion.
