Jeff Bradshaw shares the story of how “Til Tommorrow” was born.
“Harry Wilson, a young lead guitar player/producer in my band was toying around with a guitar riff in rehearsal. I was a little stressed over the fact that even though my record was done, I felt that it still lacked a lead single with “wow factor” to gain the attention of music lovers across all genres. I asked him what he was playing and he told me it was a track he was working on. I asked Harry to send it to me because I would love to hear it. When I received it the very next day, (after dancing to it) I called “The Love Guru” my good friend Raheem DeVaughn. I shared with him how I needed a strong lead single and I thought I now had the track, and needed him to bless it. So, I sent it to him. A week later he sent the song back COMPLETED!! Now, we had a strong mainstream sexy single that could stretch from Urban to Urban Adult Contemporary radio, yet it still needed a sexy Hip-Hop touch to take it over the top. So, I called Philly Hip-Hop diva Ms. Jade [from Missy and Timbaland fame], and she wrote a steamy 16 bars, and “Til Tomorrow” was BORN!”
